Our Philosophy
Good food doesn’t need to be pretentious. Just made with heart.
We slow-braise our beef in Shropshire dark ale for 14 hours. Our chips are triple-cooked from red rooster potatoes peeled by hand every morning. And our Yorkshire puddings are famous for being taller than a pint glass.
