About these terms
This website is operated by Wrekin Web Ltd, trading as WrekinWeb, a limited company registered in England and Wales, company number 17498310. Contact chat@wrekinweb.co.uk. These terms explain use of this website and the basis on which you can enquire about services.
Enquiries, quotations and service agreements
Submitting an enquiry does not place an order or create a paid service contract. Before work starts, the scope, deliverables, timetable, fees, VAT treatment, payment schedule and relevant service terms must be agreed in writing. Any minimum subscription term, renewal, cancellation notice, hosting limits, support arrangements and handover costs must be set out in that agreement. Website descriptions and prices are general information and are subject to confirmation in a written quotation.
Client materials and project delivery
Clients must have permission to supply and use their text, images, branding and other materials. The agreed project terms should identify responsibilities for content, approvals and access, and how delays or changes to scope are handled. Intellectual property ownership, licences, domain control and any transfer or handover arrangements must be expressly agreed; this page does not transfer ownership of a project.
Subscriptions, cancellation and refunds
Your written service agreement governs subscription billing, notice periods, cancellation and any refund arrangements, subject to applicable law. Contact us if you wish to cancel or raise a billing issue. No blanket non-refundable deposit rule is imposed by this page. If you are buying as a consumer, applicable statutory cancellation and refund rights remain in force. Where a 14-day cancellation right applies to a distance service contract, it generally runs from the day after the contract is made. Starting services during that period requires your express request; any proportionate charge and loss of cancellation rights after full performance must meet the legal conditions. Relevant cancellation information and a model form must be supplied before a consumer contract is concluded.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the website, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation or submit unlawful, abusive or misleading material. Use enquiry forms for legitimate communications.
Website content and external links
We own or license the website design, text, graphics and other materials unless otherwise stated. You may view and use the site for legitimate personal or business enquiries. Further reproduction or commercial reuse requires permission, except where the law permits it. Links and demonstration websites are provided for information; third parties control their own content and services. Demonstrations are illustrative and do not imply a client relationship.
Availability and results
We take reasonable care with website information but cannot promise uninterrupted availability or that all content is always current. Confirm important details with us before relying on them. Search rankings, marketing results and commercial outcomes depend on factors beyond our control and are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed in writing.
Responsibility and your legal rights
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Nothing takes away your statutory consumer rights, including any applicable right to services provided with reasonable care and skill. Any additional allocation of project liability must be set out in the service agreement and comply with applicable law.
Complaints and disputes
Email us with the project reference, what happened and the outcome you are seeking so we can investigate. These website terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights you have as a consumer to use the courts or protections of your home jurisdiction.
Changes
Updated website terms apply to future use from the date shown. Changes to an existing service contract require the process set out in that contract and applicable law.
